Before we can help you, our goal is to understand where you're coming from, where you are and where you want to be.

We want to help you, understand you...Why do you make the decisions you do? What makes you tick? When you make a poor food choice or decide not to exercise, what's happening to lead you toward that decision. WHY do you want to lose weight? Many people want/need to lose weight but their reasons can be vastly different. By identifying YOUR WHY, you can lean on that during times of stress or challenge. It will help remind you why you should "keep your eye on the prize".

During your consultation we'll give you some simple habits for achieving weight loss success. You be able to take those home and implement them immediately. We'll also give you the opportunity for a brief workout. It won't be anything crazy but we want you to get a feel for our training style. It's important we're a good fit for each other before signing up for any kind of commitment with us.

We strongly encourage you to come with some questions of your own as well. While we certainly want to get to know you and help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, we want you feel comfortable getting to know us too!
