Real change takes time and effort. We're here to share our knowledge and guidance like a good teacher or leader would. We want to provide you with the right tools and experiences but you have to put in the time and effort to earn the results...trust us, it's worth it!
Through the power of exercise and common sense nutrition habits you can make dramatic changes in the way you feel, move and look. There's very little need for over restrictive diets, cumbersome calorie counting or tedious measurements when general fitness and weight loss are your goals. If you're looking to be a competitive athlete or model that's a different story but our guess is that's not why you're here.

When it comes to achieving your weight loss and general health goals there are 3 main focuses.
- Exercise - Strength training and cardiovascular training...Working with barbells, body weight, kettlebells, machines, etc, to build strength, develop muscle tone and improve cardio efficiency.
- Nutrition - Feeding your body the nutrients it needs, keeping the amount of nutrients to reasonable portions, and developing a healthy relationship with food.
- Lifestyle - This ties in with nutrition but expands into rest, recovery, stress management, and more.
